You have 30 days to return the product to us if you are not satisfied with the order you have received.
Return Conditions
– The product must be no older than 30 days from the date you received it from us
– The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
– The product must have labels, packaging and receipt
– The product and any accompanying gifts (if any)
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs incurred during the return process are your responsibility and we will not refund these costs once completed.
In the event that you receive a faulty order, we will be responsible for the return costs as well as resending another order to you.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during the delivery process

We will review and respond to you regarding the acceptance of the return. After receiving the return notice, you must return the returned item to the address we provide within 30 days.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and then proceed with the refund process if your order is eligible for a refund.
Exchange
We currently do not offer an exchange service, if you would like to exchange for another item, please return the item for a refund and place another order.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company as it can take some time before you receive your refund.
Next, contact your bank as it can sometimes take some processing time before a refund is sent out.
